Self Reflection Scenario

You are a GN working with your assigned preceptor.

Your preceptor speaks to you in a condescending tone, reprimands you in front of your peers, and you feel like you are their personal flogging pole.

Your self confidence is shattered. You start to question if your even cut out for nursing.

What are your resources for this situation? Who do you talk to about it?

This scenario was submitted by our friend and new nurse Meighan.
